Some weird arrow thing that could create Stand users when they were shot with it. So you could see why it'd be bad if another evil Stand user got their hands on it and why SPW wanted it.

[Passione had mentioned an artifact like that, too, hadn't they? A way of awakening people's Stands, which could've explained how Dio's came on so suddenly, and why it had followed all the way down the bloodline to the rest of them...]
